Michael D. Priddy, CEO
As the President & CEO of Intervise, Mike is responsible for developing the overall strategic direction of the company to ensure its continued growth and profitability. Other responsibilities include developing new business partners/alliances, recruiting senior management and overseeing daily operations.
Since 1990, when Mike founded Intervise, he has been key in growing Intervise into a nationally recognized technology company. He has been involved in all strategy, financial, sales, recruiting, acquisitions, methodology and administration for the organization.
Intervise believes strongly in giving back to the community. To that end, Mike serves as Chairman of the Board at Universities at Shady Grove, Vice Chair of Education for Bethesda AFCEA and serves on the board for the Montgomery County Economic Advisory Council and the Academy of Information Technology in Montgomery County, Maryland.
Lisa Lee, Vice President, Client Services
Lisa started in the IT Recruiting and Sales industry in 1998. Her background has been supporting the IT and Engineering needs of both Federal and Commercial clients and projects CONUS and OCONUS. Lisa has been with Intervise Consultants, INC. since 2001 where she has successfully provided clients with full life cycle recruiting needs specializing in finding specific Nitch IT talent. She is committed to delivering the very best talent, IT solutions and recruiting experience to both candidates and clients. Lisa has a strong work ethic and the ability to provide clients with seamless delivery. Lisa holds a BA in Criminal Justice from Florida Atlantic University.
Todd Armstrong, Vice President, Business Development
Todd is responsible for business development and partnering opportunities to grow the company and best meet our client’s needs. He is a retired military veteran with substantial operational, requirements, and acquisition experience. Since leaving active duty, Todd has gained over twenty years of experience in government contracting with a broad range of large and small companies, and agencies throughout the Departments of Defense and Homeland Security. His specialization centers on technology and its application to operational needs with an emphasis on Joint Command, Control, Communications, Computer, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) systems. His work in this area includes marketing, concept and requirements development, operations research, systems architectures, and testing. He has researched and authored several technical C5ISR studies, as well as articles on business and strategic foresight. Todd holds a BA in Business Administration from Saint Leo College and a MS in Systems Management from the Florida Institute of Technology.
Tien Wong
Tien is CEO of Opus8, an investment and advisory firm which helps technology companies and alternative investment fund managers raise capital. He is also Chairman of Lumious, a leader in corporate tech training and learning analytics, as well as Chairman of Lore Systems, a provider of network engineering, cloud computing, and strategic IT consulting.
In 1991, Tien co-founded and served as CEO of CyberRep, Inc. until its acquisition in 2003 by Affiliated Computer Services. CyberRep was one of the largest CRM outsourcing companies in the world with over 2,300 employees and $80 million in revenue. Today, the CyberRep/ACS business unit is one of the world’s largest call center operations, with nearly $3 billion in revenue as divisions of Xerox, Conduent, and Continuum. CyberRep was ranked for 4 consecutive years in INC. Magazine’s “Inc. 500” as one of the fastest-growing companies in the USA. CyberRep was profitable for 11 straight years and was backed by Allied Capital Corporation.
Tien is a recognized international expert in CRM, direct marketing, and BPO, having presented at dozens of industry events around the world on CRM and BPO topics. He has provided industry commentary on the ABC, Fox, NBC, CNBC, Maryland Public Television, and China’s CCTV networks, as well as Time Magazine, The Washington Post, Inc. Magazine, and Success Magazine. He serves on several boards including the Montgomery County (MD) Economic Development Corp., Center for Innovation Technology GAP Fund’s Investment Advisory Board, Junior Achievement, and Refraction. He was appointed by Governor Martin O’Malley to the 9-member Maryland Venture Fund Authority which allocates and manages over $130 million of capital which is invested into top-tier venture funds and startups. He is an Entrepreneur in Residence at Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business and a graduate of Dartmouth College.
